Question Anyone Seen This Test Harness?

I am looking for the testing harness that srmastertech is using in this video.

I believe it to be part of a repair harness for the valve cover connection.
Also, if I can't find the whole test harness "as is" do you know where to buy those bell shaped ends?
Thanks
Ed

Basically what he did is removed the UVCH plug and plugged in his kit. You can either try and reach in there with your tester and get the pig tales for the glow plug or you can order on of these and make your own with but connecters at the ends of each wire.

Thanks Scotttahoe, yes I did order the pigtail from Diesel Truck Parts Direct it will be here this week. Any Ideas on those ends? I have never seen those connectors before.

Yup that works great. Exactly what I did when I bought new harnesses and didn't need the new pig tails. BUT, heres what I did also. I made my test harness using the old under cover harness, and the new pig tails. I cut out the female portion of the harness plug, saving the wires, and wired that into my test harness as well, with a switch box in the middle. I plug the female into my over engine harness, and the male pig tail into the new under valve cover harness. So now I can do the tests described, but I can also start the truck and shut off everthing under the valve cover one at a time, or all at once. What a great tool. Works like your looking for , but can test injectors etc while running. Great idea guys. That is a pretty nice harness he has there though. Like those bells as well. Mine are just test pins I put in the switch box.

Absolute, your test box sounds High Tech, hats off to you for your ingenuity. Maybe someone on here has seen these before. In the video his is using 4 white "Bells" for the glow plugs and four multi-colored bells for the injectors, I sure would like to find those.

It would appear to be a professional made tool, probably a ford product since its colour coded to match the harness configuration. So probably need to call ford, or copy it. Mine is pretty red kneck. Works great, but its low budget. Light fixture box for switches and pins, and a cut up harness and a pigtail I didn't use. Real simple. Now if anyone has an extra over the engine harness, I would love to redo my box for the whole harness. Using the same technic, except using the big square plug by the ICP sensor instead so it covers the whole motor. But who has one of those laying around. Hahaha.

I'm pretty certain he's using a Rotunda 418-F221.

If you have the patience to wade through the billions of products on Mouser Electronics web site, you can probably find the individual connectors there.

I made one like that to make testing easier. You can get female bullet connectors to use, or you can get banana plug receptacles as well.
