Assume those are for your 2002 F350 in your signature?

Looks like the P1506 could cause the next three codes (P0141, P0171, P0174) but not sure about the P0385 being associated with it, any ideas?

Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0385 indicates that Self-Test has detected a Misfire Detection (MD) Sensor circuit failure.

Possible causes:

-- MD circuit open.

-- MD circuit shorted to GND.

-- MD circuit shorted to PWR.

-- SIG RTN open.

-- Damaged MD Sensor.

-- Damaged PCM.

P1506 is a symptom as well as P0171 & P0174. I suspect you have a vacuum leak.

Code P0141 indicates a problem with the O2 sensor heater circuit.

I have read that a vacuum leak or intake gasket leak can also cause this issue and the lean bank codes. I will complete this thread when we figure it out. Smoke (brake cleaner) test next.

Thank you. Looks like they all could be related. With an intake leak can an O2 sensor code throw with the lean running condition?

Yes

Any unmetered air will usually trigger a lean code.
