You can use a 2x4, or cut something into a wedge shape, to allow you to ease up gently, over the curb.
I use some of those round edge landscape timbers, like these.

A temporary ramp can be built up with asphalt patch material. Our municipal golf course does this every year during the amateur open.

I have a few funny (not at the time) instances of running over curbs I didn't see at 30+ mph.
Been there done that. Needless to say I had to purchase a new pack of underwear 😶

so in my 4x4 F350 I need to get up a 9" curb (but only up. the road is level with the top)

i was going to creep up it in 4x4 LO.

would straight on be best? or at a slight angle? serious question.

I would do slight angle. 4hi is what I would use and ease it up one wheel at a time. Nice and easy won't require a wheel alignment.

I would carry 6 4x4’s 2 feet wide and stack then to make a ramp

i would be concerned about slinking ment problems to be going on those curds head on.
