need help

hey wondering if anyone can help me I just purchased a 2003 super duty f250 6.0 v8 powerstroke now when I purchased truck 4 injectors were bad so I replaced all 8 also noticed as taking it apart the turbo flange was loose and fuel rail harness got hot from turbo leaking so I replaced the harness checked all wires and are good now when I put it all back together I got no crank at key and noticed fuel pump wasn't working so I checked ignition switch it's good I checked starter by the wire on passenger side fender under hood conecting it to positive post and it cranks over yellow wire with stripe changed all filters still no crank at key and fuel pump still not coming on when you turn key so I removed the first plug on pcm closest to head light on drivers side fender and when I did the fuel pump starts working once I conect it back to pcm it stops I can't figure out why it won't crank from key and why when I pull the first plug from people the fuel pump comes on and runs continuous I checked all grounds connections fuel relays and the trip fuel shut off everything's good I'm wondering if the pcm is bad would that cause no crank and no fuel pump at the key or am I missing something also checked ipr and icp and everything seems good

yeah turbo was leaking which caused fuel rail harness to melt had to replace the harness everything else seems good check all fuses relays ficm relay when I turn key on I can here the injectors but no fuel pump it's not working and won't crank over from key but will crank useing the yellow wire to positive post and the funny thing is with key on run position when I pull the first plug in closest to headlight out of the pcm the fuel pump starts to work once I push the plug back into the pcm it stops that's how far I got with it don't k is what else it could be
