The PO did some things to the inside of my 2008 F250 XL Super cab. I've attached a picture. I'm wondering if he removed a stock item or if he placed something there that he later removed. Can you upload a picture of what yours looks like; so I see what stock looks like. If this was an after mkt item, any ideas for what I can put there to cover the holes/area?

 

He added something nothing factory goes there. I've owned 5 extended cabs from 99 till present all different years.
