5.0 engine knock concerns ?

For everyone who follows this post,
I have a 2012 XLT 5.0 SCREW which had the same issue. I first noticed around 55,000 miles, and got it to the dealership around 57,000 miles this past July. They assured me twice that it was cam phaser noise, until I was persistent enough for them to know I would not leave them alone. Long story short, they replaced lifters, cam chain tensioner, and everything else necessary to complete that job. It ended up sounding great, and quiet again. I'm at 62,000 miles now, and the noise has come back... wife and I are planning a 13,000+ mile road trip in the spring, so I've thought long and hard about trading the truck.... I really don't want a new termed out payment. Needless to say, unless I can get Ford to fix this issue for real, this will absolutely be my final Ford product.
Wondering if the Ford service rep on here may see this post and offer any advice...
I'm outside my power train warranty period now....
