What sensor is this?

89 f250 5.8 2x4.It runs great at idle you give it a little bit of gas sometimes it's fine sometimes it stutters you floor it sometimes it's fine sometimes it's better. When you unplug this sensor it gets better not 100% but 95%. My buddy told me it was the knock sensor but that's not correct because 5.8 don't have knock sensors

That is the intake air temperature sensor. I've also seen it called the air charge temperature sensor.
