Try turning on your headlights, then try starting. See if the lights go real dim or out. If they go dim, the batteries may be low. If they go out, then you may have a faulty ground somewhere. Have you tried jump starting it?
I took the starter off and tested it. it seems fine.. I put a new starter solenoid on the fender it u cross the two big studs it well only make the starter click . I have new alternator new gpr new starter solenoid.and new batteries 😡

Your starter gets its ground from the mounting bolts. Are you sure it is on tight?
Did you check the voltage at the solenoid, maybe it is low? It's easier to check than down at the starter.
How did you check the starter when you had it off?
You have thrown a bit of money chasing this problem. A classic case for why one should diagnose and systematically troubleshoot a problem. At this point I would go to your battery connections starting with your grounds. I do not know exactly where those batteries ground so I can't direct you right to them but unbolt them at the block and thoroughly clean them. Check the condition of the wires where they meet the connectors, there could be corrosion and degradation of the wire there. I usually apply grease to such connections when I have them off but others may have opposing thoughts on that act.

Thanks for all the help boys...I ran a new ground from the battery to the starter and away it went
