If I won the lottery (large amount) I would invest the money in something that would give me a monthly paycheck, so that I would always have the large sum to back up on if I got in a pinch and needed more.

If I won the huge lotto Jackpot, with big money, I would still invest it, so that it gave me a paycheck, I would also invest into an account that would give my church a paycheck, and the same for select friends and select family.
That way the bulk of the money is still mine, and if circumstances change and someone no longer needs it, or doesn't appreciate it , I can redirect the funds to someone who needs it or deserves it.
