If I were soul searching- I would start with a mental list of things that make me truly happy-- (Family- Wheeling- Hobby- Job-- or what ever) then find a way to spend more time doing that-- Less work = More Family-- Less family means more hobby-- More hobby = less work ---Or whatever the list will contain-- then make it happen. But be brutally honest with your self-- If you really don't like spending time with your family (as an example only) then you need to ask yourself why and see if you can change the "why" and make it more enjoyable -- if everything is more enjoyable- then you will be truly happy in that aspect of your life! Being happy in one aspect of your life will make the crappy times much easier-- your whole quality of life will improve!

Authorities said two men who were playing “Poké-mon Go” fell off an ocean bluff in Southern California.
Encinitas firefighters said the men climbed through a fence Wednesday afternoon while playing the digital- monster cellphone game. The wildly popular game involves chasing digital critters that pop up as you move about the real world.
One man fell about 50 feet down the side of the unstable bluff and the other fell about 90 feet to the beach.
They were taken to a hospital with moderate injuries.
