Manual question
I purchased a factory repair manual for my 2012 f350 when I purchased my truck in 2013. I tried to open it to research a P1249 code that just came up and Adobe can't open it. I have tried on two different computers. Does ford offer tech support for such problems? I could also use any info on my waste gate issue. Thanks

Have you been able to download the repair manual a second time? What is the error Adobe gives?

Are you trying to simply access files from the file manager or through Adobe?
Take a look at the CD/DVD and see if there is an executable file you can use to install the manual to your computer.

While my copy does use Adobe in order to display information, it has it's own software that has to be installed on the computer.
Are you trying to simply access files from the file manager or through Adobe?
Take a look at the CD/DVD and see if there is an executable file you can use to install the manual to your computer.

Howdy, I have successfully downloaded my service manual! And my AE scantool on Windows 10. Windows Defender has to be turned off to allow the download. Thanks for all the help! I'm still learning computers, as soon as I figure out my DTC I can cruise back into my stone aged comfort zone. Thanks again!
