I don't know if the Brazilian Ford F1000 instrument cluster was in Km/h but would assume so. However, I believe they had the F600 style instrument bezel.
It may be possible that a Ford truck sent to South Africa or Australia would have had an instrument cluster with Km/h rather than miles per hour.
Finding information or even an actual instrument cluster from these may be very difficult --just in the brief search I did on them, I didn't come up with any clear answers or any instrument clusters for sale from any of these.
This may be your best bet if you can't come up with anything else.
My '69 VW buggy has the Km. marks on it, and if you were a little creative with some fingernail polish, and a hair brush, you might be able to modify yours on your own.. Otherwise, 50 mph is 80 Km, and 60, is 100, or close enough.. Km to Mph, divide by 10, then multiply by 6... or 60 Km = 36 mph... just do the reverse for mph to Km..
Good luck amigo...

As I said, the Dakota Digital cluster may be your last resort if nothing else pans out for a conventional style speedometer but with kilometer graduations on it.
There are various companies that refurbish old vehicle gauges. You might try contacting some of them to see if they can produce a speedometer face for what you're needing.
After a little more digging, I found an analog Dakota Digital instrument cluster that is avaliable with a km/h graduated speedometer (optional). It isn't cheap but, it would do what you're trying to accomplish and it's very close in looks to the original instrument cluster design.
in 1996 & 98 when i went to canada to get my (2) 1968 merc pickups i did a lot of junk yard hopping while there, from my findings i had noticed this on the older 67 to 72 ford trucks, there was a KM/H decal that they placed on the plastic face of the inst cluster. and also saw a lot that didnt have it at all, the trucks i bought were in MPH,
