the throttle body is not like a CFM carb. as long as you are not holding a vacuum infront of the throttle body or in the intake under wide open throttle, you don't need a bigger one. The factory 460 used the same sized throttle body as you have.

weight goes up miles per gallon down.
time to buy ricer daily driver and then build your super cool engine.
No way around it bud. I have my fuel ratio's tuned 99% perfect. to get 15MPG would require dangerous lean conditions.
