Best scan tool

I have a Torque setup for reading codes, but I need to be able to reprogram. I have GMC Sierra and a Ford F-550 and for repair work I need to be able to access the internal functions and turn on relays, etc. What scan tool will do this kind of work without costing a fortune?

Autogenuity with their GM-specific enhancement seems pretty featured to me [can turn a bunch of stuff on and off (not permanently), various relearn procedures, bleeding ABS system], talk to all the computers. Does not support tuning engine settings or reprogramming speedo for changing wheel sizes or gearing for GMs [or perhaps just my truck], and also doesn't seem to be able to log live data as fast as another handheld ODB reader I have. Don't know if it supports > 350 Fords.

Overall, I am pretty happy with it.

With Autoenginuety you need the Ford bundle, it can program some items I don't know how many. To do it all you need a Ford IDI, or clone, and not all clones are equal in ability for reprogramming.
