Check out this thread. Some members went with a harness and bulb upgrade. I personally went with some 02-04+ style housings and Sylvania Silverestar bulbs. Made a big difference in light output.
I had debated this for a while with my 99 F250 V10. I ended up with some 02+ style lamps from 1Aauto which were actually Eagle Eyes brand, Sylvania Silver stars and sealed the head lamps with the RTV pictured below. This setup has been on just over two years with absolutely no complaints.
Sorry, I should have said that. The headlights are so yellowed over it's the whole headlight I want to replace, I see there are a few on EBay, are there any particular ones to go with or not?
Thanks for the replies
You could go with 05-07 harley headights, but all i suggest is you stay away from spyder headlights. they come with a bad seal, bulbs last about a month after you get them, arent a good beam spread. im going with aftermarket harley lights here soon.
I bought the clear light housing like JSM180 did and could not be happier with them. In addition, you will see my posts in the thread linked above concerning the headlight harness upgrade.
The link below is where my comments and experience starts.

ok, no prob. I recently upgraded to some 05/07 hd housings. It was a pretty straight forward swap.
