Long distance trip, low boost issue
I have an issue with my 2010 6.4 F250 while pulling a 4000 lb trailer. The truck has a DPF, EGR, COOLER DELETE. The truck also had the head studs done, after market intake, 5" exhaust and H&S mini max tuner.
My problem is the truck won't boost past 15-16 PSI. Also, I don't hear the turbo whistling sound when I get on the throttle.
What could be causing this issue? I also notice per my mini max if I'm driving at 60 mph and at @ 6-7 PSI and mash the throttle, my boost only goes up 2-3 PSI. If under the same circumstance I slowly press the throttle, the boost goes up much faster up to 15-17 PSI but it won't go higher than that. I'm not seeing any engine codes at all.
I'm on a long distance trip (2500 miles round trip) 800 miles in so any help would be greatly appreciated. I will be loading 10 000 lbs on the trailer and I don't want to risk damaging the engine.

What is your exhaust back pressure sensor reading at idle and key on engine off?
If the temps are below freezing its possible that moisture and soot has clogged up the ebp tube/sensor causing over/under boost issues.
Other than that you could have exhaust leaks or possibly turbo issues. But boost issues on a 6.4 are more often than not caused by blown up pipes, broken exhaust mani bolts, or a plugged ebp sensor/tube.
