You haven't lost me, just dealing with and pinched nerve in my neck and possibly a further tear in the tendon in my right shoulder. Pain has been terrible to deal with and trying to get the doctor to prescribe pain pills is next to impossible now after they got their wrists slapped for handing out to many and made them addicts. Not getting much sleep and just can't sit at the computer like I did..

John, that sucks, I hope you heal quickly from that. Sorry to hear you are going through pain like that. My back was all kinds of messed up on Monday, so I had my back adjusted by a chiropractor. I had to go back yesterday, and again next week. I am glad that I went. I feel so much better.

I was at a chiropractor on Tuesday but after seeing my x-rays he said he wouldn't do any cracking, only deep stretch and massage. Next appointment will be acupuncture. I am feeling a little better as the pain has subsided some..
