I live in Germany and they pop up for sale here some times. check out https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s-campershell/k0 ....There are 2 I found with just a quick search. There's also a guy in the Netherlands somewhere that specializes in American Army surplus. He might have some, but I can't remember the name or where exactly he is. Then there's a guy in Peterslahr, Germany (MorlockMotors.de) that gets most of the US Army surplus / used stuff in Europe. I would bet that he has some, but you'd have to contact him. Good Luck!
edit: Sorry, I just realized that you wrote short bed....the shells I usually see on ebay-kleinanzeigen are for full size pickups.But, you never know....you can make a search and have them notify you when something new pops up.

I will check with some guys if they can get a shortbed campershell. I think it will be hard to find.....but you will never know!
