Hey guys, looking for some more ideas. On the freeway, as well as any road, the truck pulls right a tad if I let go of the wheel. It will wonder in the next lane to quickly for me so trying to narrow down the culprit and fix it.
I have set the toe-in to 1/8", it was toed out an 1/8" so glad I checked it. Wheels are tight, brakes don't drag, all tie rods are good, tires are not that old, radius arm bushings are brand new. Short of one of my newish tires being bad, not sure what else to look at, so throw me some idea's here please. One thing I was going to try, was switching the front tires around, and see if it pulls left instead.
If this just did not start and been doing since you've had it take it into a front end shop get it alignment do or checked. With it having 1/8" toe out sounds like someone hit a curb pretty good at sometime.

Yep, been there since I got the truck, so not new.
Not sure who can align I-beams around here. The I-beams are new dream beams as well. The toe out probably happened when the front suspension was swapped out is my guess, but I will take some measurements and take it down to front end shop possibly. It's possible someone popped a curb.
King pins are all tight, no slop anywhere.
Thanks for the ideas guys, will keep checking things out.
Air pressure?
Bent/loose suspension component?
Bent'loose steering component?
Bent frame?
Bent wheel face?
Slipped tire belt?.. I'd feel for a soft spot. I had a Goodyear Eagle go bad after hitting a pot hole.
Drop beams incorrectly manufactured?
Swaybar bind?
Grabby disc/drum brake on the right side?
Thanks HIO, that's all great stuff to check. Below is what I have looked at so far.

Bent wheel face? [new wheels, no dents]

I also found a small gouge on the outside of the right front tire when the truck was delivered to me, not to bad so forgot all about it. These are pretty new cooper cobra's but maybe there is something up here.]
Drop beams incorrectly manufactured? [Well, no expert here, but they seem ok]
Swaybar bind? [Sway bar not on yet, sitting in garage]
Grabby disc/drum brake on the right side? [Good]
If everything in the front end checks out, I'd say your rear end is the problem. The whole truck might be crab walking and when you let go of the wheel the front is really going straight.

2X. You beat me to it Garrett. Good job thinking outside the box.

Thanks, I'll check it out too. Should be as easy as measuring it against the frame at a couple points as well as to the front wheels hopefully. Truck has never been in an accident and frame itself is straight and seems to track straight when I had the wife drive it and I followed, unlike some vehicles you can tell was t-boned and front and rear are out of whack.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys.
Yep. Check out the springs and their bushings. Spring frame mounts. Tires front and back wearing wierd. Etc.
My 70 F350 had the same problem..... Here is one I haven't heard yet. How are your front cab mounts. Mine were shot. My cab was actually resting on the frame. Got them replaced and that fixed it.
Good luck! If you need cab mounts buy the good ones from Dennis Carpenter.
