Issues with steering wheel buttons

None of the buttons on both side light up. The middle buttons on left side doesn't work, so can't get into setup or switch between menus.

The cruise and audio buttons work. The horn works too.

Airbag light is on too.

Is this for sure a clock spring issue?

Should be simple for me to replace?

Is your truck under warranty? I would take it to the dealer for electrical work. Be careful of the air bag. it could kill you

Almost Definitely Clock Spring. The rest of the buttons will quit eventually. Cost me about $350.ish at dealer to have replaced

A local shop quoted me $273 to replace it. Going to have them do it, hopefully fixes it!

$284 later and a new clock spring, my truck is like new again! Just 199k miles... may this clock spring last just as long!
