Rear spring questions

Okay guys I'm new here and I couldn't find anything on the forum and gave up lol.
I just bought my ex inoctober when I got back to the states. It has a 7.3l and the previous owner put some bigger tires on it so it rubs pretty bad when turning of course. So I looked at springs and ended up doing the front spring swap. And it fixed most of the problem but still rubs slightly and now I want to do the rear springs so it sits level but can't find anything saying that the f250 rear springs give actual lift like the fronts do. Can anyone confirm this info for me before I but the springs.

Welcome to the forum!
Spring swaps are one of our favorite topics here with hundreds of discussions about them. Tons of info on them up in the Tech Folders (4th Red "Read first" at the top of the EX forum page).

Basically yes the F-250/350 rear springs will swap right over to our EXs, untouched they will provide better spring rates and ride but not much different ride height. For the additional ride height we either mod them by adding the bottom 2 small leaves from the Ex pack and the slightly thicker between leaf spacers from the EX pack or swap out our 2" blocks for F-350 tapered 3.75" blocks. (or both like I did. )

What front springs did you swap to?

I forget what code they are but they are from the f250 and 3600 pounds per side as I plan on doing a bumper soon after I get out of the army. And those did great lifted my front about an inch and a half and that's why I was wondering what I need for the back to do the same I will check in the read first post and see what I can find. Looking at doing it before I get out so I still have the lift at the auto shop as well as some other upgrades soon

The most popular rear springs will be the B and C codes, modding is easy and it saves the cost of new taller blocks.
