I tried to download the movie here, (.MOV) but it won't go, so here are photos showing a pair interior with floor pan lips and exterior, These have the correct form for around the frame rail.

These ones are going to Gary...

I took some stills.

I modeled my '48 F-5 for the corners and got "creative"

Photo of right and left dies, Left is locked to the platen, Right is pin-registered to the left

Blank is cut to shape with my plasma cutter and clamped to the left die.

Right die is pin-registered to the left and pressed down to form the shape and flange, flange welds to the floor pan, (this is one thing no other patch has)

Almost finished product, now over to the metal shrinker to curve so it fits to the door opening.

Finished product exterior

Finished product interior

Reamer, did you get a chance to look at my F2 rear fender photos? I sent them to your email address as your PM folder was full at the time.

Can you show us all your pieces you make? Fender bottoms and running board ends.

Thanks! being a simple part, it was fun doing it as a challenge, I needed a pair for my F-5, posted the results on the '48 forum,.... I have sold 45 pairs already, and they have gone all over the world!

Did get you photos. The fender lip, I could probably make them, But I need to have a "donor" in front of me to model,
Currently the cab corners and the fender-to-running board patch are what I make, I was told (no proof yet) that the patch I make for the front fender/running bd would fit the rear fender too.
Now I would need a "donor" to model this...
