Sync Bluetooth stopped working

Sorry if this has been covered before I took a quick look and could not find.

2013 F150 Platinum....about 2 weeks ago the Sync stopped connecting to my iPhone via Bluetooth. Same for the other three iPhones in the family. All phones are working correctly, connect to other Bluetooth devices, including my wife's VW ( BTW...Apple CarPlay is pretty cool).

I have tried removing all the phone connections and re-adding them with no success.

Any hints or tricks I can try?

I believe it is the SYNC with MyFord Touch

Let's try a master reset. Here are the steps: https://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-...ter-reset.html

Once you have done that, make sure to remove SYNC from your phone by going to SETTINGS, selecting BLUETOOTH, pressing the BLUE i next to SYNC, and then pressing FORGET THIS DEVICE.
