I think I got my first scammer. Out of town but, wants it for sure. Wants to know if I will I take a PayPal deposit.
I sold a very nice 73 F250 a few years back with a PayPal deposit. We talked by phone about 30 minutes, guy asked the right questions, asked if I would take a $500. PP deposit. He showed up as agreed, one week later with the rest in cash.
Man I want it along with a running flat 8 and trans.
I could buy it outright today. But getting it home would
all but kill me. Unless I could get help in getting it to the
port of Seattle for cheap and scratch and beg about
$800.00 to ship it up on a barge. I am way more than
half serious Scotty. I leave for a medical trip tomorrow
and will be off line for about a week unless they want to
cut on my back again. Just sayin in case anything comes
of this while I am gone. Please fine it a home that will
keep it mostly stock and use it as I would. Good Luck.
PS: I have some trading stock, if interested PM me.
I was really starting to like it. That $400 engine, trans and rad deal REALLY had the gears turning. If my wife wasn't here to give me the evil eye, I might have kept it.
Oh well, it's gone to a good home and now I have some money for my 52.
