I was involuntarily retired due to health reasons and it took 2.5 years to transistion to the retirement program, yah it was frustrating. It still gets to me sometimes especially the "used to" periods as in, used to be able, used to take only, or used to do. When physical challenges come up it's time to do things differently than I used to. Right now I'm supposed to, wrong thought pattern, right now I want to go out and work on my gantry project that's been off and on for the last year, but I have lots of time to work on it yet today. When I'm ready I'll go out and work on it for 3-5 hrs and if I stay at this pace it will be done by next week. I'll post it in the home made tools thread. I still work when I can, 240' and 4 gates of fortress fencing, an 90 stone 24"x30", sidewalk and patio and a small rental reno in the last year plus putting a drywell in my backyard. This year is landscaping for the backyard. The only thing that really matters to me is that I keep doing something constructive so that I can keep a good attitude and maintain the feeling of accomplishment.
