Panel rear door checks

I had a pleasant ahah moment yesterday. I was surveying the situation to get an early 50s IH metro van hauled over here. I am doing some work to make it a vendor wagon that's going to sell t shirts in Hawaii. He doesn't want the back doors and those door checks look identical to the ones from my ford parts truck I got my back doors from. What are the chances of that. With an extra set of those, I can set at the cool table.

I found a set of them in a junk box inside of the 1/2 ton panel I got this fall. I had already bargained for the rear doors but most of the hardware was missing so I know how you felt. Finding anything to do with panel rear doors is golden.

Only one door on the metro has latches but they are exposed. I'm thinking I might be able to modify those for the drivers side to have top and bottom latch instead of the top only finger loop one. Since I cut a big access hole about the size of the recess, I can get in there to mount it all inside...maybe.
I have an extra finger loop top latch if you need one.
