Vibrations while accelerating

My 04 6.0 excursion recently started vibrating or shaking while driving between 40mph up to 60mph bat at higher speeds than 60mph it completely goes away, and when i let off the accelerator it also doesnt do it. Check my u joints after driving 60 miles and they seem fine any ideas?

Pull the u joint off and grease the yoke well. That will create a similar issue as described.

I agree with Bob. Your not strong enough to flex the yolk like the truck can... not that I'm saying your weak... just the truck can torque that thing better.

Also check the carrier bearing, the one that supports the drive shaft. See if you can move the drive shaft around. There is supposed to be a little play. I had a similar vibration and after I replaced it the vibration went away.
