Fuel filter...

For my 351W with Holley Blue Pump. Should my filter be before the pump? Or should it be after?

you can go either, or both. Just make sure that the more restrictive filter is on the side that has the fuel "pushed" through it (after the pump).

you should put that one upstream if you do use it, but I wouldn't use that because it's too expensive. Get a regular carburetor-style fuel filter on the "sucking" end of the pump, and on the pushing end, look up a replacement filter for a 2003 F-350 SD with a V10. It'll be a nice, large filter that should cost about $12 and will filter just as well as the Fram one will. The V10 truck filter will get finer particles out, after the carb-style filter gets the larger particles out. With this configuration, you should change the little (sucking end) filter every 6-10 thousand miles, and the larger one can go for 20-30 K no problem.

It's not to expensive. Nothing is.

For the regular carb one, you mean just an inline one?

I believe the ones hes talking about are both 'inline' style filters.
The one after the fuel pump needs to be designed for EFI so it can handle the preasures involved.
The one before the pump will only be dealing with low preasures so a filter for a carbed engine will work.
