engine light code P2626

My 2015 F250 6.2 engine light came on with 5400 miles. Scanner shows code P2626 for oxygen sensor bank 1. I took the truck to the dealer and they said the oxygen sensor is bad and needs replaced. I know its under warranty, but a brand new oxygen sensor this early? Has anyone else had this issue? Thank you in advance for your responses.

NOT Common.. but it does happen..

mass production.. even small parts. otherwise.. WHY a warranty?
it could be a bad connection at the connector... or ?????
