It starts quickly, idles perfectly after first starting and after it's hot. No noise changes in idle. Same as when it's cold.

The idle was slightly rougher when warm. No oil in back of icp and tin nut in place.

I would suspect o ring if you wanted, because it's easier and cheaper, start with ipr o rings as others have said

if the problem still persists do the injectors

FINALLY!!! The skipping under power with a load turned out to be the ICP sensor. The truck pulls nice and smooth now! Jarrett, your the man! Thank you for your time and effort.
