Got a little more done over the weekend. Finished up the Ultra Ranger mod with the F350 booster and explorer master, made new lines, power bled and all done. Also put on new shocks, and Radius arm poly bushings.

The F350 dual diaphragm booster and Explorer MC swap turned out nice.
There's a black moulded two bullet terminal wiring connector on the firewall, just to the left of the booster, that the brake warning switch wiring harness plugs into. --unless a person has a '67, in which case it would have a one wire brake switch connector.
The switch wiring harness wasn't long enough to go from the left frame rail and up to where I mounted the disc/drum brake valve on top of the Saginaw PS gear box. I took a two bullet terminal connector and spliced it to a brake switch connector to run between the firewall connector and the bake valve switch. --didn't cut any of the original wiring on my truck to wire the switch in.
The flat, black two bullet terminal connector (shown unplugged) that goes to the brake valve warning switch.
Donor two terminal brake switch connector on the left, donor two bullet terminal moulded connector on the right.
The two connectors spliced together and connected at both ends. Warning light works, since the warning light temporarily flashes on when I start the truck and goes off when the key moves to the "run" position.
I had two connectors I found not plugged in to anything. One was below the gear box and the other was about where yours is, but a bit different connector and it has a wire looped between the two connectors. I pulled the interior brake warning light out of the dash and down, I see someone did some wire soldering in there. Will have to pull the dash gauge cluster out to figure out where the wires go. Also, I notice the wires going to the ignition switch are looking pretty tired, I may just replace the ignition switch too while I'm at it. I have done a lot of wire clean up on this thing already, and it's mostly pretty good, just some weird stuff here and there.
You'll always get "weird stuff" in the wiring world when the PO's don't know what to use or how to do it right. I had a hand full of small gauge speaker wiring under my dash that ran to two cigar lighters!
but a bit different connector and it has a wire looped between the two connectors.
Believe it or not Ford did that. That is the connector "IF" your rig would have come with a 3 speed on the tree for it's back up lamp switch. And DLW, You did a really good job on the install and plumbing. Steve, you now have a bouncing baby DLW.
All kidding aside.....good job Buddy.
