It´s called Owatrol. Sorry... there are only german informations here. It´s a kind of oil, which is normally used for wood protection. But they're doing a special mixing for metal conservation.
I apply it with a sponge and rubbed it after 20 min with a cloth. At the pictures it looks very shiny but it´s not so.

It used to be a joke when I saw someone in the shop doing that- did bob help you with those shoes? and walk away. BOB- brakes on backwards. They would always ask someone else, "whose bob?" They learned and it was fun.
I've been to Germany a few times and when someone says, "my English is not too good", I know it's usually better than mine. Good job on your truck. It has the same A/C as mine.
