injection pump woes
Hello guys, I searched some threads for answers and am still stumped. Bought a rebuilt IP from a guy on craigslist. I removed the timing cover bolts in the process, but did not remove the cover, I was looking at a thread that was wrong, but caught myself before I screwed up and put the bolts back into the cover. everything else went well for removal and install, or seemed to. left the injector lines loose at the injectors and cranked it over, only one injector bled out some diesel, the others aren't. The motor cranks slower than usual, have a charger on it. Could I have screwed up the timing by taking the bolts out of the cover? This is my first time doing this, so anything obvious that I have missed? thanks
