Could be sucking air between the lift pump and tank or inside the tank. How much fuel is in it? Have you checked for fuel at the Schraeder valve while cranking? Did you bleed it?

its prolly a problem with GP system, if it starts and runs then look into the gp system read the stickys,,, and check the block heater it may have failed also.. if it runs, its not the fuel system, its the gps, or block heater with out one of those, it will not start, with out using ether.

Next to the "m" key are two buttons. One is a "." and the other is a ",". These characters allow the reader to determine the end of a statement. Also articles ("a" and "the") help to structure your sentences.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but I can't read what you are typing.

The bottom part of the pickup tube in the tank is known to fall of causing you to run out at 1/4-1/3 tank. How much fuel is in it?

i bet you are simply out of fuel.
i never ever let my truck fuel gauge get below 1/2 tank after it ran out at 1/4 tank about 10 years ago.
when i replace the cab i am also going to replace the tanks and pickups.
