still problems...

ok let me tell you what all is new... injectors, fuel return line kit, fuel filter, fuel pump, glow plugs , glow plug relay. its running really good now my problem was I was using the front fuel tank and the fuel coming from it looks like syrup. so I switched to the rear and it runs fine but still cranking problems. it starts easily with a mist of starting fluid. even after sitting only an hour it won't start. but this morning was the first time it has started by itself. I had the block heater plugged in ( even though it wasn't cold outside) and it took it probably 10 to 15 seconds to start. its a 91 7.3... any suggestions?

Make sure you have Motorcraft/Beru plugs as recommended, most others are junk. Test all the GP's and test the GP controller while you are at it. My rig used to have the same sort of starting problem. Soon as the injector return lines and my controller were replaced it starts and runs like a champ. Hope this helps.

if your gps are all good, i would check your starter, my truck has the same problem, starter turns it, but not fast enough, with a little ether(gps not on) itll spin the motor just fast enough to start her up.........as soon as i get the money, im going down to napa and getting a new mitsubishi gear reduction starter!!!!!
