I changed all the pins on mine, bought Dorman pins at Canadian Tire that were just slightly larger than the originals and drilled the hinges. They turned out better the the new hinges I bought for my panel and much cheaper. I think I still have a pin kit out in the shop I can check tomorrow and post the part number for you.
What year truck? I replaced my pins on my 52. Not a fun project, but worth it. They are very hard to get out! With the new pins my doors fit perfect (with a little adjustment) and no slop in the hinges.
