Rebuilding bedsides
I am considering buying new bedsides for my truck. My question for the forum is are there more than one layer of skin's for the truck? I have a 1978 F1 50 custom shortbed.

The outside of the bed is one layer. The inside of the bed has another layer. It sounds as though you are just wanting to replace the outer skin which is most common. However, short bed sides are not reproduced so you will have to cut down the long sides to make them work.
