2004 6.0 no start question

Replace the HPOP is a no brainer in my book. If the cust is THAT strapped for cash then advise him what it will cost to tear down when, not if, it fails. If he/she has no intention of keeping it around much longer then maybe pass, but then again a new HPOP is a good selling point on an early build. Hopefully those plastic bits don't come back to haunt him. Be very specific about this, and the fact he may be back in for that problem as Shane mentioned.

and now 20k miles later is tearing his 6.0L down to replace the HPOP ...I would HIGHLY recommend replacing the pump if you already have the 6.0l that far torn down.

It's a no brainer in my book...now anyways
