I use it to cut 0* and 17* cuts on the 4" you see above. It's 3/16 ths thick and a cut takes about 30 seconds. Any faster and the blade stalls.

Actually, looking at the pics, there was more than that. I got about 80' of 4" I beam and some sort of light weight trolley channel material.

My latest project. I picked up a cheap bead roller and have been building a stand and reinforcing it a bit. even painted it and replaced the crank with an old steering wheel.

I need to put a steering wheel on mine. I don't use it much, just clamp it in my big vise when I need it

pns, sounds like you may have gotten a gantry in that metal lot, must've been a good auction. Been building a gantry system from scratch and will run on a pair of floor tracks, about 85% done and next weeks work session will get it finished. includes 50' of floor trenching, the hardest part.
Really like this thread and will put in some of my oddities once this gantry is done.

Not sure why I couldn't find it. But the plug isn't exactly safe once the red trailer clearance light broke....
