By fixing them I mean.
I drilled the rivets out of a OEM acuator, ordered a new replacement motor for $1.25 direct from China since that was the only place I could find it. Took 3 weeks to arrive. So yes they are fixable but for under a 100 bucks it is probably worth it to just buy some replacements.
As far as "luburcating" the linkage or pivot points If you absolutely feel it must be done then use only a tiny squirt of DRY lube. Any oil based product like wd40 will just make the dust stick and over time create a gob of goop which will need to be cleaned to keep the latch functioning.
