Mt FICM seams to be ok, but the volts seem to fluctuate a lot from 47-48 never stays the same for more than a few seconds. Is that normal, went down to 46.5 once for a heartbeat and gave this one a minor heart attack.
Thanks for the answer, I still think I will be ordering a FICM relay from Ed.

Ed and I had a long conversation about this very question.
Bottom line is, fluctuations in the FICM voltage is NO problem, as long as it doesn't drop below spec (45v) and as long as it has had a little fluctuation ever since you began monitoring it. If the fluctuations are new to you, and it use to stay at a particular voltage consistently, then you may have an issue starting to show itself.
Other than that, no need to worry at all.
My FICM has always fluctuated ever since I was able to start monitoring it. Between 47.5v to 46.5v, with an occasional 46v showing itself.
Even after my FICM rebuild from Ed, I still only show (with the same fluctuations going on) 47.5v -46.5v. But now I get an occasional 48v and still the occasional 46v.
No worries here.
Thanks to Ed's conversation, I now can stop taking one less Hyper Tension pill my doc prescribed me.
I do second the advice to at least get your batteries and alternator tested.
