I'm working on a 2000 7.3 that was running but had no power so we changed out all the injectors and glow plugs and rebuilt the turbo now there is no start I can use some help here thanks in advance.

By "no start" do you mean that you are getting nothing at all when turning the key or the starter is cranking the engine but it is not starting? Checked to make sure you did not accidentally unplug the big connector on the drivers side valve cover? What about the WTS light, is it coming on when you turn the key to the on position? Are batteries good and charged fully? Is there oil on the dipstick? If it was running before you rebuilt the turbo then there is something that was bumped or knocked out of whack causing the truck to not start now.

The wts light works properly and oil level is fine it's turning over good I think it may not be getting enough voltage and the rpm is to low to fire up and We're getting black smoke from tail pipe so what do you think about that?
