Blower motor problems

I have a 99 F350 7.3. The blower fan doesn't work. It's not getting power at the fan plug, or the controller switch in the dash. I've replaced the rheostat. All the fuzes are good. The only thing I know left to check is the relay. The chilton book I have shows the size of the relay but doesn't show which hole in the under hood fuze box the relay goes to. Does anyone know which slot the relay goes to? There are 5 of the same relays in that location. Any ideas or other information would help.

Thanks

I am not too savvy with the internet, but here are some diagrams I googled.

I have replaced the relay and it still doesn't work. I can run power to the fan and it works, but still no power to the controller plug. I tested the plug where the relay goes and two of the five slots on the relay have power. I'm assuming that's correct but not sure. I'm at a loss. Any ideas?
