Blower motor relay

The fan in my 2001 Escape doesn't work. Checked the fuses, fan motor and resistor. All good. I'd like to check the blower motor relay but I haven't got a clue where it is. I checked the Chilton schematic and saw the blower motor relay however, it's not in the under hood junction box. Does anyone know where that relay is?
