Hannah goes in for a sedated MRI tomorrow, and she'll be staying at least overnight for observation. We had her stuff sent to another neurosurgeon in Chicago for another opinion, and he thinks she has a problem with compression in the back of her brain. Her neurosurgeon in St Paul called me today and wants to see her before the scan, so we'll see where this all leads.
Ugh! Good luck and best of wishes going with you and your family tomorrow Tom.
Makes my stupid engine issues look pretty small. The used engine I bought has a couple toasted cylinders but two of the old ones are still good so Chris and I worked on swapping stuff around. Now I just wait on the gasket kit so reassembly can start.
Well, we managed to check off something on my Bucket List today...
We went to the PIMA Air & Space Museum in Tucson. We will be going back as we spent close to five hours there and only saw about 1/3 of it. Good thing we bought a year membership!
What an amazing place and beyond amazing aircraft. The cherry on top of the Sundae was to meet B17 Pilot Richard Bushong. He's 92 years old and as sharp as a tack. We bought his book and he autographed it for me. Richard flew through the end of WW2 and on to Korea and Vietnam.. He flew 28 combat missions as pilot of his B17's.. I took over 180 pictures and will take more when We go back in a few weeks to finish our tour there and then to the AMARG Aircraft Grave Yard just down the road..
