Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 44.1°, overcast, but no rain yet.
On the flip flop here, just got home, doing a turn around and heading off in the other direction. Have to go into town to the care home in a few minutes.
Howdy all. It's been a long time since I've been on here. It's funny how life gets in the way.
I've had a very busy year. I graduated Summa *** Laude from OSU with my Bachelor's in Recreation Management last Spring, my wife graduated from LBCC with her nursing degree in June, Mason started Kindergarten in the fall, we've been building a house in Tangent which will be done early next month, and we have our second boy due tomorrow!
All in all, we are doing very well. Now I just need to find a buyer for my F150 because the Supercab isn't going to cut it with multiple car seats.
Well, these are the only ones of the baby I have right now. Jackie is still working 12.5 hour shifts at the hospital (60 hours this week) even today, one day before the baby is due!
And this is the house before paint. It will be tan and green with the cedar stained natural color. Lot is 1/3 acre, house is 2,400 sq ft with an 800 sq ft garage.
I'd be in big trouble if I told her to stop working. She feels bad that she hasn't been able to help with the painting and other work around the house as much as she'd like to so she does what she can.
She'll be taking 12 weeks off when the little one arrives though.
Belated good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Just getting home and fixing some Elk and Venison Chili. Then it is 10-7 to the horizontal position so we can start all over in a few hours.
Congrats on everything Evan and glad to see you!

Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 46, raining cats and dogs, there has even been a little thunder and lightening just to keep it from getting too boring. Radar looks greener than my lawn so it doesn't look like it will stop anytime soon.
Have completed the scouting trip on the Western Front this morning. Have a few minutes of down time then it is off to the eastern front...We are beginning to violate NATOPs in regards to mandatory crew rest.
NATOPS says that 1200 on Saturday #5 is mandatory rest period of 2 hours.
Works for me
Today I decided to move a mattress and box spring a few miles.....and of course I chose the only 5 minutes during the whole day that it decided to rain.
Got a top over it and headed down the road only to have it quit raining about a mile down the road......pretty typical.
As usual, it missed a really good chance to give us a good rain shower......again.
