Stearing stop?

'73 flare side. Just put 35" tires on, they rub when stearing is at full lock. Is there an easy way to limit the travel?

You will get a feel of how far you can turn the wheel before rubbing.

Already have a pretty good feel for it. Would just like to put an actual stop so I can make the most of a turn. Turning radius pretty much sucks, not really a problem just in some tight parking lots.

Your axle should have steering stop/limit bolts, just adjust them out as needed. They are located in the front part of the axle, on the end attached to the steering knuckle.

They have a jam/lock nut, spray with PB blaster, then loosen the jam nut and go from there. Turn the head of the bolt to set them. Make sure you have plenty of threads left in the hole.
