I'm working on replacing the rusty floor of my bed. NPD has half floor replacement panels. Has anyone here used them? What would you guys recommend as the best way to put them in? Really any advise here is welcome.
I'm not done cutting out the bad sections yet, but thought I'd at least show what I started with.
Hey Ken. Buy the complete floor from NPD less work and a lot better job. I personally would put a new floor from Ford in it 2015 Super Duty. The Ford floor has a lot better steel and stronger crossmembers then the NPD.

Thanks for the reply. I saw that one too. My cross members are good that's why I was looking at the patch panels. How hard is it to get the old cross members away from the bed sides?
