Difference in brake pads

Going to put new front pads on my 2013 Explorer. Motorcraft list two different sets BRF-1385 and BR-1508 they are roughly the same price. BR-1508 is listed as retail spec and says molded organic. The BRF-1385 just says standard premium. And it has been superseded by BRF-1467 also says standard premium. I don't like the word organic when used with brake pads. Anyone have any info on what would be the best to use.

IMHO, don't let the word "organic" bother you (I completely understand where you are coming from as in the 70's when it 1st started, it meant crappy linings).
IMHO, i would look for a CE that is .49 or greater and is absent of carbon compounds (as that is one of several factors that makes the wheels dirty)
