Is it ok?
All diesels have blow by from what I read and there is a million different opinions. How much is normal and what if it is coming out of the dipstick?

Pull the boots off the turbo. Then check it.
What is the complaint, other then blow by?
Whats the impeller look like on the turbo?

Its a bit more then I would like to see. Is it like that when warm?
If it came in to the shop I would toss a gauge on it.

If that the only issue, no not really. If its in conjunction with hard starts, lack of power or runs rough possibly.
Once again does it act the same with the turbo boots removed? This could also be the start of turbo issues.

I don't have any issues what so ever truck runs great starts in under a second no loss of power

So I just remove the boot off the turbo and crank it right? Not trying to sound incompetent or anything. But I'm an I.t.not a mechanic lol

Is the CCV stock or do you have it re routed? If it is stock make sure the hose is not kinked.

Yes pull both boots off the turbo.
